Ingredients
250 g ground beef
4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, julienned
4 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, mixed with 1 tablespoon water)
1 tablespoon cooking oil

3. Push beef to the side, add oil, and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
4. Add cabbage and carrots; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry if using; pour into skillet and toss.
6. Cook 1-2 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
