Ingredients
4 boneless cod fillets
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 lemon slices
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line or grease a baking dish.
- Pat cod fillets dry and place them in the baking dish.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add garlic on top.
- Pour lemon juice over each fillet and place a lemon slice on each.
- Drizzle melted butter over the fish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cod is opaque and flakes easily.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
