This creamy Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Pasta is the ultimate weeknight comfort meal. Loaded with tender chicken, tangy ranch seasoning, and a rich, cheesy sauce, it’s a one-pan dish that hits all the right notes.
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
8 ounces rotini pasta (or fusilli)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and no longer pink inside.
3. Add minced garlic to the chicken and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
4. Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning, then stir in the heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted.
5. Reduce heat and add parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until everything is well coated in the sauce.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley if using, and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened before adding to the sauce to help it melt evenly.
Use freshly grated parmesan for the best melt and flavor in the sauce.
Want to make it spicy? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
