Description

This Homemade Big Mac Sauce is the ultimate burger companion—creamy, tangy, and just a bit sweet with bold, nostalgic flavor. Whip it up in under 10 minutes and elevate your burgers, fries, wraps, and more with this iconic sauce made from pantry staples.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Gather and measure all your ingredients to keep things smooth and quick.

2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

3. Mix well until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and evenly colored.

4. Chill the sauce in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5. Transfer to a sealed container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

Letting the sauce chill makes a huge difference—don’t skip that step!

For a lighter version, use low-fat mayo; flavor still holds up beautifully.

Want extra tang? Add an extra splash of vinegar or a dash of hot sauce for heat.
