Think easy dessert, holiday cookie lasagna, Christmas baking, and no-bake Christmas treat rolled into one beautiful dish.

Ingredients

2 cups crushed Christmas cookies (sugar cookies, gingerbread, or sprinkle cookies)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

0.5 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided

2 cups milk (whole or 2% preferred)

3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix

3.4 oz instant white chocolate pudding mix

0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

0.5 cup crushed peppermint candies or holiday sprinkles

Mini holiday candies or gumdrops (optional for topping)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until fluffy. Fold in half of the whipped topping until incorporated.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla pudding mix, white chocolate pudding mix, and cinnamon. Mix for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

3. In a 9×9 or 9×13-inch dish, spread 1 cup crushed cookies in an even layer.

4. Add half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies and smooth it out.

5. Pour and spread half of the pudding mixture over the cream layer.

6. Repeat layers: cookies, cream cheese, then pudding.

7. Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth it evenly.

8. Sprinkle crushed peppermint or sprinkles over the top and decorate with mini candies.

9. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For the cleanest slices, use a sharp knife and wipe between cuts.

You can swap pudding flavors—try peppermint or chocolate for a twist.

Make it ahead the night before to let flavors and layers settle perfectly.
