Orzo Pasta

Chicken Broth

Instructions
- Sauté the Sausage: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook sausage slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Toast the Orzo: Stir in orzo and toast for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden.
- Simmer Orzo: Add chicken broth, bring to simmer, and cook until orzo is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Creamy Finish: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and return sausage to skillet. Simmer to thicken.
