Ingredients
Smoked sausage
Sweet potatoes
Olive oil
Honey
Garlic cloves
Soy sauce
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Slice sausage into 1/2-inch rounds.
- Toss sausage and sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on sheet pan in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Remove pan from oven, drizzle sauce over everything, and toss gently.
- Return to oven for 5-7 minutes until the glaze is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
