Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup orzo pasta

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.

2. Toss the shrimp in the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
