Ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. If making your own crust, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar, then press into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and thawed lemonade concentrate until fully blended.
3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy, being careful not to overmix.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint before serving, if desired.
Notes
