Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Creole or whole grain mustard

1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon white vinegar

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

1 tablespoon finely chopped capers

1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles or relish

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Creole mustard, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and white vinegar. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to incorporate the seasonings.
  3. Fold in the finely chopped parsley, green onions, capers, and pickles (or relish) until evenly mixed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  5. Serve chilled as a dip, spread, or sauce for seafood, sandwiches, and more.
