Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Creole or whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped capers
1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles or relish
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Creole mustard, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and white vinegar. Whisk until smooth.
- Add smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to incorporate the seasonings.
- Fold in the finely chopped parsley, green onions, capers, and pickles (or relish) until evenly mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
