Description

This Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is a comfort food dream made keto-friendly. With juicy ground beef, creamy cheese, crispy bacon, and a rich egg mixture, it delivers all the flavor of a classic cheeseburger in a cozy, oven-baked form.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 large eggs

1/4 cup heavy cream

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Optional: sliced pickles, chopped parsley or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant and softened.
  3. Stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Pour egg mixture evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the entire surface.
  7. Add crumbled bacon on top.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
  9. Let cool for 5–10 minutes. Garnish with parsley or chives before serving if desired.
