Description

This Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole is the ultimate comfort food—creamy, cheesy, meaty, and irresistibly delicious. It’s easy to prepare, great for make-ahead meals, and perfect for feeding a crowd. The layers of cheese ravioli, rich marinara, and a decadent cream cheese blend make every bite a little luxury.


Ingredients

1 (25 oz) bag refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli

1 lb ground beef

1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir marinara sauce into the cooked beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.
  5. Spread a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Add a layer of cheese ravioli, then dollop the cream cheese mixture over it.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with meat sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Add parsley if using.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
