Ingredients
1 (25 oz) bag refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
1 lb ground beef
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir marinara sauce into the cooked beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add a layer of cheese ravioli, then dollop the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with meat sauce on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Add parsley if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
