With no oven required, it’s perfect for warm days or when you need a stunning dessert without the fuss.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup maraschino cherries
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or shavings (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while making the filling.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
3. Gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy and uniform.
4. Spread cheesecake mixture over crust evenly.
5. Layer with sliced bananas, pineapple tidbits, and strawberries. Press fruit gently into filling.
6. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Just before serving, top with whipped topping swirls, maraschino cherries, chocolate syrup, nuts, and mini chocolate chips.
8. Slice with a sharp knife, wiping clean between cuts for clean slices.
Notes
Always chill the cheesecake long enough so it slices cleanly—overnight works best.
Add toppings just before serving to maintain freshness and presentation.
For a fun twist, swap graham crackers with crushed Oreos or vanilla wafers.
