Description

This No Bake Grinch Pie is the ultimate festive dessert for the holidays! With a smooth, minty filling tinted Grinch green and a rich chocolate cookie crust, it’s perfect for kids, parties, or a whimsical movie night treat. Best of all — no oven required!


Ingredients

1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust (or homemade 9-inch crust)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp peppermint extract

green food coloring, as needed

8 oz whipped topping, thawed

whipped cream, for topping (optional)

red candies, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. Press the chocolate cookie crust into a 9-inch pie dish if using homemade, and place it in the fridge to chill.

2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until silky.

4. Stir in green food coloring to achieve your desired shade of Grinch green.

5. Fold in the whipped topping gently with a spatula until fully combined.

6. Pour the mixture into the chilled crust and smooth out the top.

7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best texture.

8. Before serving, decorate with piped whipped cream and red candies to resemble the Grinch’s heart.
