Ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes or use a pre-made crust.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
3. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk while mixing, then stir in fresh lemon juice and lemon zest until fully combined.
4. Fold in the whipped topping or whipped cream gently, being careful not to overmix.
