1 lb ground beef
12 oz fettuccine pasta
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a large, deep skillet or pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Base: In the same pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Cook the Pasta: Pour the beef broth into the pan with the garlic butter. Bring to a boil, add the fettuccine, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Create the Creamy Sauce: Once the pasta is tender, stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
