Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz fettuccine pasta

4 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

4 tbsp butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a large, deep skillet or pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter Base: In the same pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Pasta: Pour the beef broth into the pan with the garlic butter. Bring to a boil, add the fettuccine, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Once the pasta is tender, stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine and Serve: Return the cooked beef to the pan, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan before serving
