Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or chuck)
3 cups rotini pasta (uncooked)
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. Lower heat and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and chili flakes or hot sauce. Cook until fragrant.
3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add rotini pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
4. Lower the heat, then stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Mix until melted and creamy.
5. Return steak to the skillet and combine. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Slice steak against the grain for ultimate tenderness.
Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms during the cream stage for variety.
To reheat, use a splash of cream or broth to revive the sauce.
