Description

These Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are packed with melty cheese, garlicky goodness, and tender chicken wrapped in a crispy golden tortilla. Perfect for a fast weeknight dinner or shareable snack, they come together quickly and taste incredible fresh off the skillet.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1/2 cup bell peppers, finely chopped (red or green)

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons butter (for pan frying)

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

2. Add chopped bell peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, sautéed garlic and peppers, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella and cheddar, and green onions until well combined.

4. Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling evenly among them. Fold the sides in and roll them up tightly.

5. Heat the remaining butter in the skillet and place wraps seam-side down. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.

6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened before mixing for easy blending.

Reheat leftovers in a skillet to bring back the crisp exterior.

You can freeze uncooked wraps and sear them fresh for a quick meal.
