Ready for a crowd-pleasing frozen dessert? This *Oreo Ice Cream Cake Delight* is a no-bake dream made with a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy layers of vanilla ice cream and fudge, and topped with whipped cream and even more cookies. It’s perfect for birthday parties, casual gatherings, or whenever you need a sweet escape. This easy recipe fits right in with quick breakfast, easy dinner, or healthy snack lineups, as it delivers indulgence without fuss. Great for dessert ideas, food ideas, and every season’s favorite treat!

Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies crushed

5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream slightly softened

0.5 cup hot fudge sauce plus more for drizzling

0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

8 ounces whipped topping thawed

6 Oreo cookies whole, for garnish

2 tablespoons crushed Oreos for sprinkling

2 tablespoons hot fudge or caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

1. Crush Oreo cookies using a food processor or by sealing them in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.

3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.

4. Let the vanilla ice cream soften at room temperature for 10 minutes.

5. Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the frozen crust.

6. Warm fudge sauce slightly, then drizzle or spread it over the ice cream. Optionally stir in vanilla extract.

7. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

8. Once frozen, spread whipped topping evenly over the fudge layer.

9. Garnish with whole Oreos, crushed cookies, and a drizzle of fudge or caramel sauce.

10. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Use a hot knife for clean cuts.

Notes

Let the ice cream soften just enough to be spreadable, but not melted.

Use a springform pan for easy release and clean slices.

For a different twist, try using Golden Oreos or chocolate ice cream.
