Ingredients
3 ripe yellow peaches, sliced
8 oz burrata cheese (2 small balls or 1 large ball)
Fresh basil leaves (about 1/2 cup loosely packed)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches into even wedges.
- Arrange the peach slices on a serving platter.
- Tear the burrata into smaller pieces and place them among the peach slices.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves across the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
