Description

Ingredients

3 ripe yellow peaches, sliced

8 oz burrata cheese (2 small balls or 1 large ball)

Fresh basil leaves (about 1/2 cup loosely packed)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Flaky sea salt, to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into even wedges.
  2. Arrange the peach slices on a serving platter.
  3. Tear the burrata into smaller pieces and place them among the peach slices.
  4. Scatter fresh basil leaves across the salad.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.
