Description

This Peanut Butter Hot Fudge is rich, glossy, and decadently smooth, combining creamy peanut butter and melted chocolate for the ultimate dessert sauce. Perfect for drizzling over ice cream, dipping fruit, or gifting in a mason jar, it’s an easy stovetop recipe you’ll make again and again.

Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and peanut butter.

2. Stir constantly until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth and glossy, about 4–5 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla extract, and salt if using. Mix until fully combined.

4. Serve warm over your favorite desserts like ice cream or brownies.

5. Allow leftovers to cool, then store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

6. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stove, stirring frequently until smooth again.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for a silky texture. Natural peanut butter works but may need adjustments.

If you prefer a darker, more intense fudge, swap semi-sweet chips with dark chocolate chips.

Add a pinch of flaky sea salt on top when serving to enhance the chocolate-peanut butter contrast.
