Description

This Pecan Pie Dip transforms the flavors of classic pecan pie into a warm, gooey dessert dip. With a smooth layer of cream cheese and a sticky, buttery pecan topping, it’s an irresistible party favorite made in minutes.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup or corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature. Spread it on a serving dish in a thick layer.

2. Toast chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.

3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, syrup, and salt. Let it bubble and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

5. Add toasted pecans to the warm caramel sauce and stir to coat evenly.

6. Spoon the warm pecan mixture over the cream cheese. Serve warm with crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.

Notes

Use full-fat block cream cheese for the richest, creamiest texture.

Toasting the pecans enhances their flavor—don’t skip it!

If the caramel topping thickens too much, add a splash of cream or milk to loosen it up before pouring.
