Pizza Monkey Bread is the ultimate party food: pull-apart bites of biscuit dough coated in pizza sauce, packed with gooey mozzarella and spicy pepperoni. It’s quick to assemble, bakes golden and cheesy, and makes an unforgettable shareable snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or 1 lb pizza dough)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
1 cup pepperoni slices (mini or halved)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and roll into balls.
- In a large bowl, toss dough with pizza sauce, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half the pepperoni.
- Grease a bundt pan thoroughly. Layer dough balls into the pan, adding extra cheese and pepperoni between layers.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve with dipping sauce.
