Description

This Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwich is everything you want in comfort food—melty cheese, savory slow-cooked pork, and crisp buttery bread. It’s perfect for an easy dinner or indulgent lunch, ready in minutes but packed with bold, satisfying flavor.

Ingredients

2 slices thick-cut sourdough or Texas toast

1/2 cup cooked pulled pork (seasoned, optional BBQ sauce added)

2 slices sharp cheddar cheese (or more, to taste)

1 tablespoon butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Warm the pulled pork in a skillet or microwave. Mix with BBQ sauce if desired.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice, butter-side down, on a skillet. Layer with one slice of cheese, pulled pork, then another slice of cheese.
  4. Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up.
  5. Grill over medium heat until bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted and bread is crisp, about 3-4 more minutes.
  7. Let rest 1 minute before slicing and serving.
