Description

Pumpkin Cold Foam is a quick breakfast and coffeehouse-style easy recipe that turns any iced coffee, cold brew, or chai into a creamy fall treat at home. This easy drink idea is made with pumpkin puree, cream, milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice for a smooth, fluffy topping that is perfect for breakfast ideas, snack breaks, cozy food ideas, and simple seasonal sipping.


Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons whole milk

1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 cup cold brew or iced coffee

1 cup ice

1 pinch ground cinnamon, for topping optional


Instructions

1. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to a small cup or frothing pitcher.

2. Froth the mixture for 20 to 30 seconds until it becomes thick, silky, and pourable.

3. Fill a serving glass with ice.

4. Pour the cold brew or iced coffee into the glass, leaving room on top for the foam.

5. Spoon or pour the pumpkin cold foam over the drink.

6. Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use cold ingredients for the best thick and fluffy foam.

Plain pumpkin puree works best, not pumpkin pie filling.

Froth just until soft and creamy so it stays pourable and sits nicely on top of the drink.
