Ingredients

Penne Pasta

Chicken Breast

Heavy Cream

Parmesan Cheese

Butter

Garlic

Jalapeños

Cayenne Pepper

Salt and Black Pepper

Red Bell Peppers

Fresh Parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water and cook penne until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: In a skillet, sauté sliced chicken breast in oil or butter until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic and jalapeños until fragrant. Add bell peppers.
  4. Make Sauce: Pour in cream, stir in cayenne and Parmesan, and simmer until thickened.
  5. Combine: Toss pasta and chicken into the sauce, mix well. Add pasta water if needed.
  6. Garnish: Top with parsley and cracked pepper. Serve hot.
