Ingredients

1 pre-made chocolate or graham cracker pie crust

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

34 drops green food coloring

1 cup whipped topping (for garnish)

2 tablespoons chocolate shavings or green sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring until evenly blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mint mixture to maintain a light texture.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
