1 cup whipped topping (for garnish)
2 tablespoons chocolate shavings or green sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully combined.
- Stir in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring until evenly blended.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mint mixture to maintain a light texture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
