Ingredients
1.5 pounds beef chuck roast or stew meat
1.5 pounds baby potatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Sear the beef in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until browned (optional but recommended).
2. Add the seared or raw beef to the slow cooker along with baby potatoes.
3. Pour in melted butter, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
