1 ½ lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved if large

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup beef broth

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions
