Ingredients
Ground beef (80/20)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Flour tortillas
Pickles
White onion (optional)
Salt and pepper
Butter or oil for the skillet
Instructions
1. Shred cheese, slice pickles, dice onions. Portion beef into 2–3 oz balls.
2. Heat skillet over medium-high. Add tortilla and place beef on one side.
3. Smash beef thin, season, and let it brown for 2–3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cheese on beef and let it melt slightly.
5. Fold tortilla over, press, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
6. Slice and serve hot with toppings and sauces of choice.
Notes
Use taco-size tortillas for easy flipping and crisp edges.
Don’t overcook the beef—you want it crispy, not dry.
Use an air fryer or skillet to reheat for best results.
