This Snickers Salad is the ultimate no-bake dessert that blends tart green apples, fluffy whipped topping, vanilla pudding, and chopped Snickers bars. Sweet, creamy, and crunchy all in one bite, it’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or a fun family treat.
Ingredients
6 Granny Smith apples, chopped
6 Snickers bars, chopped
1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping
Optional: ¼ cup chopped peanuts
Optional: caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
1. Wash and core the apples, then chop into bite-sized cubes. Set them in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
3. Gently fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until smooth and fluffy.
4. Pour the pudding mixture over the apples and gently stir to coat.
5. Fold in most of the chopped Snickers, saving a few for garnish.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
7. Before serving, top with remaining Snickers, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of caramel sauce if using.
Notes
For best texture, use chilled apples and keep the salad refrigerated until ready to serve.
To prevent browning, toss chopped apples in a teaspoon of lemon juice before mixing.
You can substitute other candy bars like Milky Way or Twix for a twist.
