Description

A velvety, flavorful pasta dish that comes together in one pan with rich cream, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you want something cozy and delicious without a fuss.


Ingredients

Spaghetti

Heavy cream

Parmesan cheese

Garlic

Sun-dried tomatoes

Fresh spinach

Butter

Olive oil

Salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook until softened, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  7. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and combine. Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  8. Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan and black pepper.
