Ingredients
Spaghetti
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Garlic
Sun-dried tomatoes
Fresh spinach
Butter
Olive oil

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook until softened, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and combine. Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan and black pepper.
