Ingredients
2 cans crescent roll dough
8 slices Genoa salami
8 slices deli ham
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup banana peppers or pickled jalapeños
½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) or 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll crescent dough and arrange triangles in a circle with points outward, overlapping edges to form a ring.
3. Layer salami and ham over the inner ring, then top with mozzarella, banana peppers, and roasted red peppers.
4. Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck under the ring. Seal seams as needed.
5. Brush with egg wash or melted butter. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder on top.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Let the ring cool for 5 minutes before slicing for cleaner servings.
Use parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
Crescent dough sheets (without seams) make assembly faster and neater.
