Description

This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake brings together luscious layers of creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberry filling, and buttery cake crumble in one effortless bake. Whether served warm or chilled, it’s a no-mixer, crowd-pleasing dessert that looks as good as it tastes.


Ingredients

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling or 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced and tossed with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 box yellow cake mix (approx. 15.25 oz)

3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Optional: Fresh strawberries for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread into the baking dish.
  3. Spoon the strawberry filling over the cream cheese layer evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top—do not stir.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
