Whether you’re searching for an easy recipe for parties, quick dessert bites, or just need new food ideas for entertaining, these crunchy little bites bring bakery-level indulgence straight to your kitchen. Ideal for those craving easy dessert recipes, snackable sweets, or unique breakfast ideas!

Ingredients

16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened

0.5 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

0.5 cup strawberry jam or preserves

1 cup crushed golden Oreos (about 10 cookies)

0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed

1 tablespoon melted butter

Vegetable oil for deep frying

Fresh strawberries

Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until fully combined. Mix in vanilla extract and egg until creamy.

2. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan and smooth the surface. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30–35 minutes until set.

3. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight until firm.

4. Cut chilled cheesecake into small squares. Scoop a tiny well in each and fill with a bit of strawberry jam. Roll into balls and freeze for at least 1 hour.

5. Mix crushed golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter in a bowl. Set aside.

6. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the frozen cheesecake bites for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

7. While warm, roll bites in the crunch coating. Serve with fresh berries or a dusting of powdered sugar.

Notes

Always freeze the cheesecake balls before frying to keep them intact and creamy inside.

You can use an air fryer instead of deep frying; just lightly spray with oil and air fry at 375°F for about 6 minutes.

Make ahead tip: Unfried, uncoated cheesecake balls can be frozen for up to 7 days—just coat and fry when ready.
