Description

This Sweet and Spicy Baked Cauliflower delivers crispy, golden florets tossed in a bold glaze of chili, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. It’s the kind of side dish that steals the spotlight—a little sweet, a little spicy, and utterly addictive. Perfect for snacking, meal-prepping, or impressing at your next dinner.

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup chili sauce (sriracha, gochujang, or your favorite)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread florets on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While roasting, combine chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Toss roasted cauliflower in the glaze, then return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
