Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup chili sauce (sriracha, gochujang, or your favorite)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread florets on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While roasting, combine chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Toss roasted cauliflower in the glaze, then return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
