Description

A bold and elevated twist on the classic deviled egg, these Sweet and Spicy Pepper Jelly Deviled Eggs combine creamy yolk filling with a sticky-sweet pepper jelly topping. Ingredients

Hard-boiled eggs

Mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

Apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper

Sweet and spicy pepper jelly

Green onions or chives


Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and peel when cooled.
  2. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks into a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Slightly warm the pepper jelly and spoon it over the yolk filling.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions or chives.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
