Instructions
- Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and peel when cooled.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks into a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
