Description

This Thanksgiving Dessert Charcuterie Board is a show-stopping centerpiece filled with seasonal sweets, cheeses, fresh fruit, and festive garnishes. Perfect for sharing after the big meal, it’s versatile, no-bake, and ideal for entertaining a crowd or an intimate gathering.

Ingredients

1 wheel brie cheese

8 slices cheddar cheese

8 slices gouda cheese

12 mini mozzarella balls

1 cup green grapes

1 cup red grapes

1 cup fresh blackberries

1 cup fresh raspberries

8 dried dates

6 dried figs

6 caramel or chocolate-dipped dates

1 cup candied pecans

1 cup candied walnuts

1 cup assorted crackers

1 cup mini pretzels

6 pumpkin cookies or spiced wafers

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fruit preserves

1 mini pumpkin (decorative)

1 handful edible flowers and fresh herbs

Instructions

1. Choose a large board, platter, or tray that’s food-safe and fits all your ingredients comfortably.

2. Place the brie wheel, small bowls of honey and fruit preserves, and the mini pumpkin as your anchor items.

3. Fan out the cheddar and gouda slices, and arrange mozzarella balls with clusters of grapes and berries.

4. Fill in the gaps with dried fruits, caramel-dipped dates, cookies, and candied nuts.

5. Add stacks of crackers and pretzels near the cheeses and dips.

6. Garnish with edible flowers and herbs. Adjust spacing for a full, lush look.

7. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature. Add crackers and flowers just before serving for freshness.

Notes

Let cheeses sit out for 15–20 minutes before serving to reach full flavor.

Assemble the board a few hours ahead and refrigerate. Add delicate items last minute.

Choose a variety of textures—soft, crunchy, chewy—for the most satisfying experience.
