Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet dry ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs, whisked

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions
