Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter (like Jif or Skippy)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
1 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups and peanut butter candies
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla; mix well.
