Description

This no-bake Ultimate Peanut Butter Cheesecake is an irresistibly creamy dessert layered with a graham cracker crust, rich peanut butter filling, smooth chocolate ganache, and a generous topping of peanut butter candies. Perfect for celebrations or serious cravings.


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter (like Jif or Skippy)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

1 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups and peanut butter candies


Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Assemble: Spread the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
