Description

Juicy, flame-kissed, and perfectly seasoned, Best Marinated Grilled Shrimp brings bold flavors and a touch of summer to your plate. The zesty marinade enhances the natural sweetness of the shrimp, while grilling gives them a smoky finish that’s impossible to resist. Perfect as a main course or appetizer.

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

¼ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F).
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers or prepare to place them directly on the grill.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until opaque and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and transfer to a platter. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes or as a starter.
