Instructions
- Finely shred the green and purple cabbage.
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir in celery seed if using.
- Combine shredded vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
