1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
16 chocolate sandwich cookies, roughly chopped
6 chocolate sandwich cookies, halved or quartered for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, then fold until just combined.
