Description

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 tablespoons ranch or dipping sauce, optional


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.

3. Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
