Description

Dreamy Sugar Cookie Cheesecake is a festive easy recipe that turns classic sugar cookie flavor into a rich, creamy dessert everyone gets excited about. This sweet and colorful cheesecake is perfect for holiday dessert tables, birthday celebrations, party food ideas, and make-ahead treats when you need fun dessert ideas that still feel simple and impressive.

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

24 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 tablespoons sour cream

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 large eggs, room temperature

1/2 cup holiday sprinkles

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons extra festive sprinkles

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.

3. Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes and let it cool slightly.

4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in 1 cup granulated sugar, sour cream, flour, and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.

5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed just until combined after each addition.

6. Gently fold in the holiday sprinkles.

7. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.

8. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until the edges are set and the center still jiggles slightly.

9. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake rest inside for 1 hour.

10. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

11. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

12. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on top and finish with extra festive sprinkles before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese and eggs for the smoothest cheesecake filling.

Fold in the sprinkles gently so the colors stay bright and do not streak the batter.

Chill the cheesecake overnight for the cleanest slices and best texture.
