Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet or lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small round.
3. Place 1 cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough round.
4. Pull the edges up around the cheese and pinch tightly to seal, then roll into a ball.
5. Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared pan.
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
7. While they bake, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and half of the parsley.
8. Remove the cheese bombs from the oven and brush them generously with the garlic butter.
9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining parsley.
10. Serve warm while the cheese is still soft and melty.
Notes
Seal the dough completely around the cheese so it stays inside while baking.
Serve these warm for the best gooey cheese center and buttery flavor.
Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer for a crisper texture than the microwave.
