A decadent dinner where juicy steak medallions meet creamy cheese tortellini in a rich Alfredo mushroom sauce. It’s a restaurant-style dish you can enjoy in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Ingredients

Beef Tenderloin Medallions

Cheese Tortellini

Mushrooms

Heavy Cream

Parmesan Cheese

Garlic

Butter (unsalted)

Olive Oil

Fresh Parsley

Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Sear the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet. Sear medallions 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
  2. Boil the Tortellini: Cook cheese tortellini according to package. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until browned. Pour in cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Cheese: Stir in Parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add tortellini into the sauce. Stir gently to coat. Finish with parsley.
  6. Assemble: Serve steak medallions next to saucy tortellini. Spoon over extra Alfredo sauce and garnish with more parsley.
