Description

This High-Protein Cottage Cheese Ninja Creami Ice Cream is a creamy, easy recipe that turns simple ingredients into a smooth frozen dessert packed with protein. Perfect for a healthy snack, quick breakfast treat, post-workout dessert, or fun food idea, this homemade Ninja Creami ice cream is rich, satisfying, and easy to customize with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup Fairlife milk

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Add the cottage cheese, Fairlife milk, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, instant vanilla pudding mix, and salt to a blender.

2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth with no visible cottage cheese curds.

3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and smooth the top.

4. Cover and freeze on a flat surface for 18 to 24 hours, until fully solid.

5. Remove the pint from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl.

6. Spin using the Ice Cream or Lite Ice Cream setting.

7. If the texture looks crumbly, add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk and respin until creamy.

8. Serve immediately, or add mix-ins and process on the Mix-In setting if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat cottage cheese for the creamiest texture.

If the first spin looks powdery, a small splash of milk and one respin usually fixes it.

For flavor variations, add cocoa powder, berries, peanut butter, or crushed cookies after the first spin.
