Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil.
2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
3. Season the chicken on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
5. Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
7. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top.
8. Add the crumbled bacon evenly over each piece of chicken.
9. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
10. Remove from the oven, rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
