Ingredients
3 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet, tray, or large plate with parchment paper.
2. Place the broken pretzels in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, creamy peanut butter, and unsalted butter to a microwave-safe bowl.
4. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each one, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
6. Pour the melted mixture over the pretzels and add the chopped roasted peanuts.
7. Gently fold until all the pretzels are evenly coated.
8. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment-lined tray to form clusters.
9. Sprinkle the tops with flaky sea salt.
10. Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes, or until firm.
11. Serve chilled or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Use regular creamy peanut butter for the smoothest texture and best setting.
Do not crush the pretzels too finely or the clusters will lose their crunchy texture.
Store the clusters chilled so the chocolate coating stays firm and glossy.
